im running out of ideas for titles. i've titled each and everyone one hundred ten blongs (this will be 111) *(i wish i weighed that much lol)

any way. i had stupid mcdonalds for dinner. they had a 'special' (of getting more fat) on those big macs. 540 calories. i dont remember the percent of the cals but the fat percentage was 50 percent in which i dont remember the numbers it said next to it but still! i came home expecting it to be 135 but it was only 131. i worked out, (200 sit ups and some leg exserisizes) which braught it back down to 130. its now 2:24 AM and i have not aten since approxmently 4 PM. just drinking a 50 cal gatorade!
