its back up one pound. i ate very... jesus i cant find the word for it i want to say gross because it was REALLY gross eating double cheese burgers. TWO of them... at 270 colories each. @ 10:45pm my stomach is once again... hurting for food but it will be starved tonight. probably in vein, as i am still a stable 145. so i think my body, maybe, ... be ready to lose more and keep it off. probably not though, cuz i dont even eat 1,000 calories a day any more. today i did.. and i feel so so SO bad and still fat.
still playing with nasty fat rolls, at 145, five foot one inches.
