got up this mornin and wighed myself. 15 hour fast, gonna make it 24 then eat a little dinner. i really shouldnt do this, i should be eating right.. shouldnt we all???? down to 150. its not healthy to have your weight up down up down and personally, im gonna have to be carefull not to gain it back. gonna keep eating 1,000-1200 colories. i might have an apple for lunch, only cuz we got some stuff to do today and this is my first time fasting i dont want to hurt myself.
(if i was virtualy weightless, would you stop staring at the fat then? you'd have to, there wouldnt be any fat to look at)
