stable

gradually eating a little more and moving a little more. im at a stabe 146. i had 2 fruit and gran bars (they are not much at all) 3 servings of 1/4 nuts 1/4 cup cheezit crackers. g onna have a 3 oz steak and 1/2 a cup of vegies... nothing after 6 !
