purged

i just purged for my first time - chocolate cake topping. i felt much better. i said i went out 'to check clothes' but i just got sick on the ground. (next to the garage) feel much better, less guilty. lets hope this doesnt become an all the time habit

i feel empty again anabeth is loving it.
