bluurrghh! < i like my new word!

todays menu: lunch: cheese and salami: cheese: 94 cals and 42 cals from fat. salami was 58 cals 42 cals from fat. dinner: 1/2 cup peas: 60 cal 5 cal from fat. 1oz meat loaf (if) 58 cals 31 cals from fat.

FAT numbers: 31 + 62 + 42 + 5 = 140

CALORIE numbers: 60 +58+58+94= 212

both together: 140 + 212 = 352!

im kind of freaking out! its way too much! i usually dont even eat durring the day. i havent been binging *that bad* at night. 352 between fat and cals isnt THAT BAD but its like GRR!! if i hadnt aten lunch then itd only be the 60 cal and 5 fat from 1/2 cup peas and 1 oz meat loaf 58 cals and 31 from fat

 cals: 60 + 58 = 118!
fat: 31+ 5 =  THIRTY SIX FAT INSTEAD OF ONE HUNDRED FOURTY IM SO STUPID!!!! it would have been more then half of my fucking intake today! my total intake after dinner, (prolly wont even have that much!) like, less then 1/4 cup peas and less then an ounce of meat loaf! fucking EH! i shouldnt even have that! stupid stupid stupid!! gonna weigh myself now.. im all empty before dinner. brb. WHEW!!!!!! STILL 128.. ok now i dont feel so bad =) fast tonight.. any one with me?
