i was just eating my old posts. looking at this:
12-28-10 - 151 < started out as a diet! then freak out for holidays!
1-2-11 - 149 < 1200 cal diet
1-5-11 - 146 < a pound a day
1-8-11 - 145< still 1200 cal diet
1-28-11 - 140 < it lead to about a 600 cal diet by then.
2-18-11 - 138 < 300 cals a day & purging
3-9-11 - 137
3-17-11 - 138 < night binging was purging by the last month.
3-21-11 - 135 < less then 200 cals by now.
4-22-11 - 133 < over exsersizing, walking 6hrs + undereating over purging.
4-25-11 - 131
4-27-11 - 130
5-6-11 - 128
5-18-11 - 127 < by this time it kind of slowed because i was not eating over 150 cals of fat or calories. i was constantly moving weighing myself, no eating at all at night nor durring the day. but theeen....
5-23-11 - 125
5-30-11 - 121 < thats the week i moved out of mikes! i 'fasted' for about two days and lost 3 pounds... from all the stress!
6-2-11 - 120!
ate well for a couple months. no more then 800 cals.
6-3-11 to - 10-16-11 - purge 3 times in one day FREE
8 - 15 - 11 - 115 - 2-500 cals, working out
working out i forget the date but eh. by
september -25th i was 110
Friday - 10-17-11 purge, break up
10-18 to 10 - 28-11 - no purge
10-29 - 11-4-11 - purging once a day
